Kansas Health Policy Authority

The Kansas Health Policy Authority (KHPA) is the government agency in charge of managing health insurance coverage for state employees, children and families without insurance, the elderly and people with disabilities. The group also makes policy recommendations to the state legislature to change laws about health care and coverage.
